The recent legislative changes to the election procedure to separate candidate photos from the names are a clear strategy orchestrated by two government lieutenants (Don Polye & Patrick Pruiatch). This will surely confuse the 80% illiterate population of the country.
They're currently pushing to put their own Returning Officers in the districts so their man would get their associated election officials who'd execute the task of giving votes to their own man against the will of the poor illiterate masses.
For the districts in Enga, it’s most likely that the District Administrators will be appointed as Returning Officers (maybe not if you don’t support NA). If anyone can, please give me a list of the District Administrators in Enga and we’ll see if they’re associated with the ruling NA:
