Can anyone shade a light into the current progress of the election petition case against Polye by Manase. Is it still progressing or dead? Please Chicko,Ace or Kandepian Wane can provide update

The culprit did not turn up at the court room on last week's final hearing so it was defered to next week.

Sorry, I don't make phone calls for updates because I must go home to see for myself of what the situation is.

He is in Australia for the caufield cup with some of us fat cronies...I heard they were sworn at by some Aussie chicks but don't know why.

Polye's last witness' hearing was done from Chief Kuala, a local businessman who's dyana truck was used to transfered ballot papers to the polling places. The insteresting part in the cour house when he revelaed about the truck being blocked by Don's armed man with the aid of police directing Chief Kuala into Kandep High Scool for the delay technique and for the real casting of votes happened in the nught.

Very interesting to even listening to the two lawyers. Especially Alfred's is just another best lawyer as Manase himself. Did hear well of what Don's was graning from the side.
