This time Don Polye will tell the people of Kandep that he could not provide services due to the pending court case. He will also tell the people that he could not pay them what he owes them and promise to give them more after the bye election and eventually will no commit to his promise. Polye will ask for more pig donations from the people and promise to payback just before the election. This is how Polye gains supports from false promisses.
