A yawn escaped his lips as he fixed up her plate and then took in with him to settle back down next to her. Carefully, he hauled Chris into his arms and then traded off the baby for the plate so she could eat. "Careful, I got you extra rice cuz I knew Chris would be begging for some." He grinned lightly before he lifted one arm around the back of the couch, playing his fingers through her hair. "Feeling any better?" --

Angel smiled and took her food, giving Chris a couple of mouthfuls of rice before she dug in herself. He had the appetite of his father, undoubtedly. She smiled at vin as his hands played in her hair, her gaze meeting his but the words remaining unspoken. She did say a word about it all evening... they watched a movie and put Chris to bed and went about as they normally would. It wasn;t until they themselves headed up for bed that she slipped intot he bathroom and reached for a test from inside the cupboard int he bathroom. Two minutes later she was sat on the edge of the bathtub in her robe , chewing at her lip. She finally drew a breath and pursed her lips together, standing and turning the test over- she had read the instructions plenty of times before so she knew what to look for.
