99.5 for all eggs. Hang the thermometer aprox the middle of the egg so that you don't get mixed readings. It's the humidity that has to be adjusted to different breeds of birds. So i would get some kind of hygrometer. There are tons of charts to help you determing species and specs. Here is a link i like to use!
