last week i suffered awfully from a period and I think I was massively retaining water etc.....it was weird because I seemed to be not losing any weight while I was on my period and then this morning BOOM, it finally showed up! I am excited about losing 15 pounds...and I have not been really exercising either...I need to do that...trying to get a treadmill...
I am excited about every single pound I lose...but my next celebration is going to be when I hit the 200 mark...I have been there before and it is at that weight where I really begin to notice a difference....My goal weight is 160....I didnt want to set it too low......when I get to 160 I will be very happy....at 160 my chances of returning to regular ovulation are very good!!!! YAY! thanks for all of your help and support ladies!
