ok I am slowing down here weight wise here...its been jumping up and down between a few pounds....however...I bought my first pair of size 17 jeans (and these have a little room in them) so I think I am loosing inches but gaining a little in muscle because I may not show a couple of punds weight loss for a couple of weeks...but my clothes are getting bigger..Yay.. I was in a 22 when I started....my 22 jeans and shorts...I cant wear em seriously now....when I put them on it looks like you could fit a 30 pound sack of potatoes in there with me.... I had misposted my weight when i first started here... (was supposed to be 236 not 235) so my total so far is 31 pounds lost....
I need to get on myself with the water....*punishes self*
