Thanks!!!!!!

One of the biggest things I've been implementing is something from my ballet years....I remember how a girlfriend of mine was so envious since I had had kids and yet had a really flat tummy.(back then!!) She complained that she did like 500 sit-ups a day and yet she had a bulge. I told her all I was doing was the 6 classes a week of ballet. So the real bottom line is that you are standing in front of mirrors all around the room in a leotard and the intructors would be sure to point out if anyone dared to let their tummy hang out. So we literally held our stomachs in for an hour and half (at least) every day. After a while it becomes a habit. So now, with that in mind, I have been trying to sit and stand that way where ever I am. Just hold your abdomen in as if you were pushing it to the small of you back. But then don't open up your rib cage. The rib cage "closes" and pulls down, while the tummy presses to the back. Do it while you are working, driving, fixing supper, walking....all the time. Amazing.

hugs,
Dreemy
