Okay so it's only one pound but that's 4 STICKS OF BUTTER! My total is not very high yet but I'm trying very hard to do this slowly so that it doesn't creep back up on me.

I know what you mean about getting started with the exercising. It's been so hot here that I just don't even want to go outside. I wait until about 8:30 PM and then FORCE myself to go walk! I do feel better when up and going but it's getting started like you said.

I did much better on my vacation than I thought I would. Mostly because I was walking CONSTANTLY! Reminding myself to walk briskly so as to break a slight sweat helped to. That way I wasn't just meandering down the sidewalk, you know. I know you'll do well. I'm looking at a birthday on Sept 6 which will be #35 so I'm stressing a bit about my age also. Being overweight leads to so many terrible things. We HAVE to do this for ourselves and also for our family's! THEY NEED US WHETHER THEY ADMIT IT OR NOT! lol

I was even dancing to my daughter's disney video earlier! Hey some of those songs are catchy and rather upbeat. It's a good little dance tune! Keep up the good work Dreemy!

Supportive energy for you....
