I have been off-line for days! i just caught up on all the postings.

let me do a little research and give you what I can find on the stones. I think this is an inspired idea you have....most excellent.

It has been very trying indeed. It is sheer force of will 24/7 to stick with the regime I have made for myself. i "cheat" in very mild ways....4 to 6 raw, unsalted cashews (you can get them from the health food stores), about 10 semi-sweet chocolate chips, 5 or 6 small pretzels...stuff like that. Most days I give in to something like that maybe once. Some days all of those. Those days I dance a little longer. making my exercise and food preparation a top priority is really tough. The family is getting used to it though....DON'T MESS WITH MOM WHILE SHE'S EXERCISING! and things like the kids calling to get picked up and me saying "sorry, not till I'm done exercising!" For awhile i was fixing their suppers and putting it on the table and then fixing my salad, etc. Now I try to do it in reverse or otherwize i end up eating alone and later. This way i also don't pick at the wrong foods.

I have dropped 3 more lbs....so now it is 23 lbs. there is incredible stress and pressure right now in my life. I get so scared i will cave and not stay with it. Maybe it is fear keeping me going...I guess whatever works and whatever it takes right now. i know I have a really long haul ahead of me. I try to think ahead to Yule and such and think about how I will be so much closer to my goal by then.

I will get on the stone research pronto and get back to you. Right now my gut is saying to charge a clear quartz crystal and wear it around your neck. But if you do, you must remove it at night and put it in a drawer or something or you will not sleep well....too energizing and stimulating.
