I have been in a size 14 now for some time, and it's not going down another size, although this size is a bit more comfortable for me. My progress is sooo slow, but that's cause I have been lacking in energy lately.

Been watching the diet, and that has helped some. I need to work more on toning muscles over the winter months and hopefully be better in the spring.

Tz, However, has lost another pant size, and will be getting new ones very soon! The ones bought in august/sept, are now soo big they'll fall down without a belt!!!! ;-) He also feels better, has more energy, and generally a better mood as well! There has also been NOTHING sprained/strained since I last posted here! That is an accomplishment! Also, he has been planning and cooking one dinner per week for the whole family (his idea), sometimes two per week. :-)

One of his activites he does about twice a week is helping at the new house..."mudding walls" he can reach, general clean-up and tidy tools/supplies, things like that. He also walks there (about 6-8 blocks away) and sometimes walks home as well (which is uphill most of the way)
