Cept, I have been basically stagnant for months at a time over the course of this "journey" back to health and being in good shape. i did find, however that changes were taking place even when the scale didn't show any change. My body seems to like to "settle in" to a new size/weight before it allows itself further progress.

Right now I am stuck at about 10 lbs more than my lowest point. It really reeks. but on the up-side I feel like my eating is under control and i am making healthy choices on a day-to-day basis.

As for the fatigue, I do hope it is not anything to be concerned about. I am sure you will continue to have the doc keep tabs on things. But other than that, the green tea really helps me....majorly. Also the drinking a lot of water thing keeps one feeling rev'd up and not sluggish. I was noticing that on the days that i didn't do the treadmill I was more sluggish and prone to the "blues". Do be extra kind to yourself and give yourself little rewards and things to look forward to such as a single rose you buy for yourself or a new lipstick or a phone call to a friend (hint-hint....this one, for example would be glad to call you right back and spare you the long-distance charges...LOL).

huge hug....hang in there, Spring is coming!
Dreemy
