I actually think that the teammates will be a few of Scott's hockey teammates and not fellow cyclists. For one thing, the pros will start the race at 11 am, after the pre-race, so they won't be available to sign.

I also think that the Sharks website would have specified if it was cycling teammates. My guess is that a couple of Scott's hockey teammates will be there to watch him and then sign a few autographs for PR. Why would non-pro cyclists sign autographs anyways? Who would want them? I could be wrong, of course, so don't get mad at me. I am just offering my guess.
