Basically, you trust the person with your life. You know the person inside and out, and if I had the SLIGHTEST suspision, I would hire an investigator. But I don't. We're not together because of hockey, we are together despite it.
Yes, lots of the guys cheat, and lots of the girls take it. But I don't want you all to be stereotype them. Guys in general cheat. It doesn't take a title to.
