The Sharks don't update the player profiles during the season. It's all done at the beginning of the season for the whole year. That's why there are some players in it that don't play for the Sharks until the end of the season, they have to print it before the season starts and the roster is set, so additional guys get put in. It's also not likely to be on the Sharks webpage, because information like that has never been put out as a release. As for wedding announcements in the Merc, I read it often, but have never seen one in it, not saying they aren't there. But there might be a way on their website to search for things like that. It's possible that it's made up, but I believe it's true more than I believe it's made up.
