Comments: I guess you're okay, like this site is, but you've astrayed from the CoS and it's principles pretty much. I would not call myself a Satanist without really being one. It's not too smart to do so, because, if you knew, Satanism is a registered religion/philosophy. Also, I don't give a shit about your Follow-the-leader-high-priest-crap. "Spreading the word" isn't smart either, 'cause what's it to you anyways? If your coven is just a try to gather friends around for ritualizing, it's fine, but don't go messing around with CoS. I suggest you join your logal Grotto instead (that is, if you're already 18)
LoL! How many times did I say we're not affiliated with the Church Of Satan? It registered? Like its a trademark? Like its owned by one person? WTF are you talking about? The Church Of Satan is a registered church, yes, but the religion has been around for centuries dilweed. And saying "Spreading the word" is in quotes for a reason... Even our newest members understand that from day one. One of them said on one of their essays "Satanism is against getting led by a guru or some other type of leader. You are your own leader and you shouldn’t let other people control you.....If we were a sect we would all be saying “hail Lincoln Crisler”…and we’re not"
The ranks are just for encouragement for members to learn and grow as Satanists and to show new members who in the coven to go to with whatever qualms they may be axperiencing. An Initiate naturally would go to either Lincoln or myself for answers rather then say Brian who has just joined a month ago, and whom has just begun to learn about Satanism himself. Me being Magister just shows that I run the coven and am second only to Lincoln who as High Priest was the one who started the coven.
For someone who comes off like they read all our shit, you also comment like someone who just skimmed through eager to ripp up someone who was able to succesfully start and maintain a coven. Are you "following the leader" any less in The Church Of Satan then I or my members are??? Ok then. Have a nice fucking day...
