The main one I would recommend is the UCSL. You can go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UCSL/?yguid=60171797 and sign up on the list so you can post your fiction. Just make sure you've read the rules and have all the proper warnings and such.

Other slash kind of depends on the pairing. For example, if your slash is strictly male/male, I would recommend the m-mSlashaholics list. I don't actually know any of the female/female slash lists because I don't write it and I usually don't read it. But I do know some more lists.

For slash hurt/comfort slash involving Xander, you can post to the Xander-Coddling group.

For Spike/Xander stories, you can post either at SXandViolence or at Nummytreats.
