Subject: Send your submissions to the Homecoming Fanfic Contest

Hey, everyone. Hope this is okay to post here.

Since fanfiction is such a large and thriving part of Buffy fandom, Homecoming is sponsering a fanfiction and poetry contest as part of its official program.

Here are the guidelines- If you are a "Buffy Cross and Stake" or "Angel's Soul" regular you may submit your work by June 1st to participate in the Homecoming Fanfiction and Poetry Contest. All works must be 1000 words or less, feature at least one character from either "Buffy" or Angel," and be "Buffy-rated" (PG-13 or lower) but other than that the plot is wide open, and you may submit multiple entries. If I receive enough entries, I may divide it into categories (humorous, romantic, etc.) There will be prizes awarded at Homecoming, although you don't have to be coming to enter or win. Also, if you'd like to be a judge, let me know (judging will be blind, and entries will be posted at my fic site after June 1st). To submit, please email me and I'll let you know the mailing format and a few contest guidelines to insure anonymity.

Prizes will be Buffy merchandise and/or Powerstar gift certificates, plus an award banner for your site. If you want to learn more about what Homecoming is, go to this site- http://www.angelicview.com/homecoming/
