Subject: Rummage Sale October 27, 2012

I work at Golden Corral in Dothan...The reason that I am Emailing you is because on of our fellow employees at Golden Corral and also an active member of the National Guard "Michael Mumey" has been in a terrible motorcycle accident..Michael was on his way to work when he swerved to miss a dog...Michaels right foot was crushed so badly they had to amputate it almost to the knee..We at Golden Corral consider one another family and when something bad happens to one of us we all come together and try to help anyway we can..Michaels medical bills are piling up,so we have planned a rummage sale on October 27th 2012 starting @ 7am-until...we are also planning a bake sale,5k run,Poker run,and many many more events and also starting a donation account in his name at Army Aviation Bank to help our friend...We are tyring to get the word out about our events and wanted to ask if your newspaper would consider helping us to get the word out about our rummage sale and maybe consider writing an article about us and what we are doing......We have also contacted channel 5 news ,99.7 woof fm,95.5 and also Rickey Stokes News and WDHN channel 18 news..100% of the proceeds from our events will go to Michaels medical bills....So we are asking please help us help our friend
