[Effects wanted: Cut out the pictures, fade which ever ones you think best, then add whatever effects you want]
[Programs: I do have a restriction, however. You must have ownership of Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Paint Shop Pro 7.0, or Paint. If you do not have any of these but you do have another image making program, you can use that. If you only have Paint, do not mind the fading part unless you can do it.]
