i think dawn knows more about what she is than the other caracters think. in that episode when buffy finds out about her dawn's attitude seemed like she was observing buffy to see what she would think and then she went along with that. maybe i'm seeing too deeply. don't tell. dnl.

anyway her being "the key" would have to be the theme of the show.
