Stevens,Henry,Crawford,Todd & All the rest.

It's the little things that make us good or bad. Does any one take notice of a powerful speech by a politician if he screws up and uses one bad or even misspronounced word. No the only thing you here about in the media is about the word not the speech.

It's the running, the weight lifting, the ball handling skills the knowledge of where you should position yourself on the field that no one ever seems to notice.

It is easy for all of us to notice the things that some one does poorly. It is very different to actually do what you talk about some one else doing bad.

Practice was the best one of the year. Yeah, I know that some of you had things to air out. Even so today was the first time that I saw you coming together as a team. Team runs ang weight lifting are a start. Next thing I know you will be wearing you jerseys to football games as a team and creating a general good impression of yourselves. Or maybe wearing your jerseys to the high school games on Friday night and trying to bring in guys for next year.

Remember this we will only be a team when we as a collective group start using the word WE instead of THEY.
