Gabriel and Rio paced back and forth at the base of a sheer mountain cliff. They could hear the terror in Dante and Khanada, but were helpless to do anything.

Shakira dropped a short distance away and smiled. "If you will trust me... I can show you the way to go."

Both wolves glared at the elf. Rio snarled once, but Gabriel allowed himself to blur into human form. "So be it elf. But know this... If you lead us into a trap you will not live long."

Kira swallowed once and then nodded. "Come then. This way."

::Michael. We follow the elf. Do you come?::
