Gabriel was not fooled by Gwen's weak answer, but he decided to let it go for now. He watched the two Jellicle's in their private conversation a moment longer before he turned back to Angie.

"Truthfully, no I cannot hear when they are mind speaking." He laugh deeply as he shook his head. "Actully, before meeting the Jellicle's and Gwen the only voice I ever heard in my head was that of Rio." He looked into Angie's eyes and smiled. "She's the wolf in case I forgot to properly introduce you and she."

"As for the boy." Gabriel sat back and thought about it for a long time. His yellow eyes distant with some well hidden memory. Then he came back to himself and looked at Angie. "He is afraid. He knows he is different. I am alomst inclined to believe that some part of him knows just how different he really is, but is afraid to aknowledge it. Because really he just wants to be normal. He wants to be just like everyone else so that he can blend in and be forgot about."

The warrior tipped a wink to Angie. "Do you not want the same thing for yourself? IS that why, in spite of the fact that you really do like me and the Jellicles you are putting on a tough girl act?"

Nashota looked at Gabriel and Angie. Her cobalt eyes were lit with a strange sort of happiness that only comes from true acceptance. ::Why should we do anything about her? She is who she is. Just like you and me and Gabriel there. I think the best thing we can do for your friend is accept her into our family.::

Nashota laughed out loud and then covered her moouth as she looked sheepishly to Gabriel and Angie. ::We shall think of her as a Jellicle with out big ears and a tail. And with an extra finger.::

She giggled again at her cleverness.
