u guys cant say things like that about hillary duff so what shes 16 she has her own life she can dress and act how she wants and no she does not dress to flashy for your information i meet hil at the mall in zutopia she was sighning autographs and shes really nice, even the people that worked at zutopia thought she was a sweet heart, also she even stayed late jest to finish sighning autographs! -u guys dont even know her so stop talking trash and if u do talk trash ya'll jest jealouse stop waisting your time and do somthing better also if u dont like her why are you on her web site? this is to all you jealouse fools.! tyii tyii p.s plz answer my question at the top if you can
