I don't think that Hilary has had implants, but she is definitely a stuffer. If anyone saw the pics of her at the premier of Bringing Down Da House, you would know what I mean. She was so top heavy, she's lucky she didn't fall over. But I guess if she did fall, all that tissue would have kept her from getting hurt.
