i think what that person meant was that someone was posting messages who was pretending to be hillary/hilary or however the name is spelled, but that's beside the point. the point was that whoever was lying and saying they were hillary/hilary when they really weren't. that person wasn't saying that the real hillary/hilary is a liar...
