Subject: grilled pizza...
In reply to: Sammy wit de BBQ 's message, "Grilled pizza?" on 21:20:15 09/02/04 Thu

...or at least thats what I call it...Pizza stone placed on a grill and thoroughly heated through. Pizza placed onto stone and cooks in about 8-12 minutes for thin crust pie.
The dough does pick up some of the grills flavor and it won't hurt to smoke a few herb stalks. It smells great as it's heating up and everyone is usually salivating by time it done. It works really good and during the summer I don't have to heat up my kitchen...
