Subject: I'm begining to feel like Christmas

Maybe if we get some snow on the ground it will be better.

This place is a genuine nut house. There are people coming in and out of here I have no idea who they are or what they're doing. I have decided not to ask any questions and to stay out of Mrs Sammy's way as much as possible. I just constantly keep saying "yes dear, anything for you dear, of course dear, no dear it's no troudle at all" (you get the idea). Mrs Sammy is in full holiday overdrive! My evil sisters are right along with her and they are all buzzing around the kitchen like a pack of Hell's Angels on crystal meth. I'm considering changing my name to Nabisco there are so many cookies. The bad part is they keep bringing me samples to try (bloat!). I just tasted chocolate dipped coconut and cornflakes. I feel myself getting fatter. (BLOAT!!) (!) to (( ! ))

The packages around the tree are getting deeper and deeper, and Mrs Sammy's sewing room (a package depository for Santa) hasn't been emptied yet. Last time I looked in there the room resembled a fully stocked Walmart. Mrs Sammy is a spoiler of children and overdoes it every year. Of course everyone in the family is aware Kate (age 8) knows all about Santa, but Mrs Sammy needs to delude herself for at least one more year and hide stuff until Christmas eve.

We're all decorated and completely done shopping (minus some foodstuffs) so there's no need to venture out into the holiday traffic nightmare. Here in 11/131-land we have two shopping malls nearby sucking in shoppers and their automobiles for miles around. It's hell out there on the roads from now until Christmas.

Just another veek an der relatives start svarming all over de yoint!

Frostbite: (an annual Christmas favorite)

4 shots frozen vodka (room temp is ok too)
2 shots Baileys
2 shots Kaluha
pour into blender and fill with ice cubes.
Blend until thickend like a milkshake.
