I know how you feel. Sometimes we have to do what's best for our pets even though it causes us great saddness.

After I had to put down our German shepard when she couldn't walk any more I felt like you now do...No more pets!

It's taken some years but now there are two kitty cats (Flot-sam & Jet-sam) that live with my Mom and have complete run of the Sammy compound.
