Yes, I think he's completely guilty. Among other things he's done to basically convict himself, the fact that he wasn't even there when police searched the beach and found the bodies really clinches it. I mean, if your pregnant wife was missing for months and the police said they were called because two bodies were found by the water, wouldn't you be there in a New York minute? As one of the people on CNN said, "This guy hasn't done himself any favors with the way he's acted."

Yup. Guilty, guilty, guilty. I'm not in favor of the death penalty, so I'll go with Sammy's punishment: a permanent vacation in a prison with some of the worst that humanity has to offer. (Similar to the murderer himself.)
