Subject: Up at the Folly: Gateway into Transylvania County

The book will be mailed out Friday, July 26. The book was several weeks behind the original projected dates, however, due to the large amount of information included, we believe it is well worth the wait.

As with anything, it can not be perfect. But it has been a labor of love for the people involved in it. The important thing is that an effort has been made to preserve the history of this area of Transylvania County.

This project is hopefully the first of many to come. If you would like to help support more projects, visit the TCHS Webpage and get information on joining the Historical Society or making a contribution to the Community History Project.

Please use this forum to post any errors/corrections or even additions to the information contained in this first book.
