Hi Vicki,

It was through TVB. Basically there were two chatrooms -- one that the court and TVB could see, the other just for chatroom participants. As we typed our questions in, a streaming video was playing on the left side of the screen. So we could see and hear their responses to some of the questions -- they didn't type their answers. You could also tell that the girls were reading everything that popped up on the computers because they each had a laptop to look at. Hope this helps.
