Subject: Anybody know how Alec chose to act as Du Fei in QSSYMM???

Hi,
I know it's a weird question but I just wonder why...was it because he chose to act as that character or QY pick it for him? I have read old news about him and it was said that in Treasure Venture Alec was invited to act with Vicki but she didn't like to act with him. Was that why he didn't act as her lover on-screen any more? OR was it just that he wanted to act as new character with new skills??? Anyway, I saw the QSSYMM trailers and I think Ruby and Alec do have the chemistry :) and I think Vicki and Leo are great too.
