Even in a recent article, it said that Alec would rather chat with Ruby on the phone than with Vicki (because she always changes her phone number). How Vicki's attitude isn't compatible with his, Alec admitted.

But then again, these are rumor mill magazines. Not many things on it is true. I personally don't think Ruby and Alec look well together, but that's my opinion. I think there's more pressure from the fans for Alec and Vicki to be together than the media is giving them.

So what happens, happens.
