Hongkong/Taiwan, for the first time, organised the "World's Popular Mandarin Songs Chart" in conjunction with 7 countries' radio stations in South East Asia, vis a vis Beijing, Guangdong, Hongkong, Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia. Results of the top 15 songs selected from the Charts in the first season were announced today. Amongst the list, Hongkong obtained 7 songs. Wang Fei alone had 3 songs. It can been seen the extent of the Queen of the Pops popularity.
