Zhao Wei will be working with Jiao Huang together on the movie [Ban Ting]¡@


Last year, on a conference discussing about [5 dollar ticket] at Chen Du, famous director Chen Guo Xing revealed that he will be cooperating with Zhao Wei on a new film. Currently, there is evidence saying that Zhao Wei is confirmed to be the main character of this film. As the filming date approaches, the main actor who will cooperating with Zhao Wei became the center focus of media and audiences. According to the newest update, chen guoxing has already confirmed the main actor to be Jiao Huang, who is the main star in Shanghai Stage performance, also a famous Stage performing audiences. Jiao Huang was also the actor of KangXi in the film[YongZhang Dynasty], and won [Flying to the Sky], [Golden Eagle] award for that.

According to a nameless source in Beijing Filming Company, this new film is definitely called [Ban Ting], and has already been included in the season one filming of Beijing Filming company. The structure of this film is similar to an American famous film called [Driving With Ms. Dan Xi]. The plot of the film is as follow: a veteran, after retiring from the battle field, is very depressed. His son, who is a rich man, in order to solve his father's boredom, hires a female college student who wants to do oversea study and desperately needs money, to talk to his father at the [Ban Ting] of the Senior Entertainment Center. In the beginning, because of the great difference in their ideals and education background, there is often interesting misunderstanding and disagreements. For example, the old veteran cannot accept the new style of the female college student, yet the female college student cannot comprehend the oddness of the veteran. But, as time passes, these two hearts, filled with love and care for each other, melted. In the end, the girl eaves for her oversea trip, but she carries with he the sweet memories of this period. From then on, the veteran and her became each other's emotional support. The veteran told her secrets that he had hid for years. This ending reminds people of the touching scene, where the old railroad worker meets his daughter, in a Japanese film called [Railroad worker].

According to source, Jiao Huang, who has just finished filming [Making China] originally did not want to do any filming in the earlier part of the year, but when he finished reading the script of [Ban Ting], he became very interested. It is very likely that he will accept the role. [Ban Ting], filmed by Zhao Wei & Jiao Huang, will be a very valuable film that people look forward to this year.
