Subject: *Horsin' Around!*

The trucks wheels skidded to a hault. We were at the beach! After long hours of continuous driving, we were here! I quickly got Reno and Honey from the trailer. I took off their shipping clothes and hooked lead ropes to their halters. After 20 minutes or so of loosining up, I thought they were bored, so I decided to start out on beach ride. I tacked Honey up in my synthetic english tack and hooked a connector from her bridle to Reno's halter, so I can take them both out. Then I hurried into the trailer for my tack box and pull out an old, worn saddle bag. I stuff an emergency kit, for both horse and human, some carrots, a lead rope and my trusty whistle. I attatched the package and tightened the girth. I mounted up and signaled Honey into a walk, Reno also started walking. I was just going in circles for a few minutes, then turned to see Mae, Meg and Ciara by the trailer, wrapping the shipping boots of their horses back into a neat roll. Dazzle was ground tied and very anxious. He kept side stepping as to say "I am finally on vacation!" Greenlea was close to Ciara. She bumped her head against Ciara's shoulder as if to say "Watcha doin'??" Mae was folding up Spirit's shipping blanket and Spirit was all excited. He reared and snorted and it was like I could hear his thought of "Come on, come on, I have been waiting for this all year!!" I trot over to the gang. "Hey guys," I say excitedly, "Ya wanna tack up and head out for a ride in the surf??" I wait anxiously for a reply....
