　　鉅垣與草草是對恩愛夫妻，也是虔誠的基督徒，婚後一同到加拿大修讀神學，回港後更創辦書室「神學站」。就在「神學站」正要擴充營業之際，鉅垣一聲「我暈了」，便在草草的身旁倒下，再沒有站起來，至今死因不明。鉅垣的死對草草來說是個沉重的打擊，她曾陷入極度哀傷之中，過著行屍走肉的生活。然而草草在神的引領、親友的支持下，不但走出了幽谷，更以親身經驗安慰身邊有同樣經歷──配偶、親友離世──的朋友。


　　是次活動將由草草分享驟然失去另一半的經歷，她是如何從幽谷中走出來的？苦難是否可以改變生命的素質？她對人生、對信仰的觀感有否因此而改變？此外，她的親友也會分享在這次經歷中的體會。
　　
　　新書討論會將於9月9日（星期日）下午三時正，於旺角東岸書店舉行，歡迎讀者參與討論。
