In my first reply in this thread I mentioned that, in the Display Configuration area's HR option there are two examples for HR lines. Here are some examples for convenience:
<HR>
<HR size=1>
<HR size=2 noshade>
<IMG src="http://my.site/image.gif">
Notice you can also put in an IMG tag to use instead of lines. :)

Now, regarding borders. The borders we use around messages are really other tables. Consider the following, if you place a white square inside of a slightly larger black square, it will look like a white square with a black border -- this is similar to what we do to get borders.

We recommend, even for the most advanced users, to load a Theme and then view the settings in the Table configuration area to get an idea of how they are used.

If you wish to learn more about HTML, you may wish to try looking at a few of the many great HTML tutorials online. Try typing in html tutorial at www.Yahoo.com.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
Brandon
