Our upstream providers were relocating lines, hubs, routers, etc. today (they are a great company and try to do this sort of thing at nighttime, but unfortunately they must do it during the day when the line providers are open). This was major rework done in a central location for hundreds of ISPs, but the specific work done was related only to our's.
