If you read the message in the post-message box, it says the forum is moderated -- and something else.

Regarding e-mail:
We are a free service and spend most of our time working on adding features and fixing problems and, although we try to provide personal support, we can't always meet the high-demands of our many thousands of users. We do read all messages, though, but cannot always respond.
