Hi!,the pageant handbook Is the best website EVER!!!
Ok. Now i need some serious help!
~*~THE STORY~*~
I did local school pageants when i was a child 5-9yrs old
Now i'm 13 and last year i just started finding out what really pageants are! WOW they are GREAT compared to those school popularity contests!
I love the glitz and the glamour and the pro-am ITS SO GREAT
i have the pageant fever running thru me as i type this post!
But i had tuff time! see i went to a All american miss easter pageant last year ,and its high southern glitz i mean woah! I showed up with my pearls & sequined dress,salon styled hair,white as a ghost body,and to top it off i had cheap loreal mascara running down my face GUESS WHAT I WON!? 6th alternate WOW i got a plaque..
But i deserved it after i saw what them girls look liked and there routines were the coolist!
But this earlier year i bought a glitzy dress,swimwear,sportswear,western wear,AND i was so excited before they arrived and THEN when they got here THE dress did not fit,the sportswear had all the stones torn off of it,the western wear was all glued and the fringe was hanging off ,Swimwear was too short,IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!
and then after i recieved that junk my mom didnot have any money to do photogenic or h/m or anything!,
so we went to walmart and had those beyond cheap photo's made and its was so awful i cried and cried
WELL this time at the pageant i won Guess what 5th alt.and a plaque THE same exact plaque i won the last pageant!
~*~WELL thats over and its been 9 months,
I have learned alot and theres still more i want to learn..
Recently i bought a glitzy national dress from nikole & Kendalls ,,its awesome! it fits and its so beautiful Its neon pink and perfect for my platinum blond hair!
and i bought sportswear national level ,and its great
I have my wardrobe,falls & hair,eyelashes,h/m artist,photo's
and everything AND i'm getting ready to do a barbie pageant in febuary!!! SO EXCITED
~*~I NEED HELP!
Ok. But anyways i need help!
i went to target last weekend to buy some curlers
and i have heard hotsticks were good but they did not have them? are these really good for doing the barbie flip?
AND also how do i make that flower curl up by my pouf?
Does anyone have a pageant checklist i can borrow!?

I'm tall 5'9" and it seems like the shorter girls win over me? hmm please give me advice on this..
Jazz shoes for sportswear CANVAS OR LEATHER???
Photo slips from wal-mart? good or dont?
is Ben Nye stage makeup good or dont?
if your happy 24/7 at the pageant and hotel Does it make you win more? because i personally think it does something
and i'm really shy so i dont think i can smile and talk to everyone (lol)your probally thinking why do pageants if your shy WELL i'm not on stage! =)
Casual wear Are there too many go go girls or is that just me because i have a gogo outfit for cw.
Black sportswear? i have it please tell me there is not that many and i'm not going to get hit by the black sea??!
