I want to support this decision but you have to realise i'm in an awkward situation to do so. I'll do what I can but it just makes it a little difficult for me at work. I know it's your decision entirely but I just had to tell you what I thought. There's no such thing as a safe job in this area. There's so much change in industry it makes it very unstable financially. I have got plans too and I feel really optimistic for this coming year. Just think really hard about it...I know that you can't go back to Uni if you quit after Xmas. Quit before and it's OK but quit after and you're screwed. Just remember, nothing's certain and anything can happen. I've seen this and it can change your life so drasticly it's unreal. I just hope you're not making a snap decision...but if you feel as if you've thought about it seriously without thinking about Helen or us then I'll try to support it. It just means I get it in the neck here though. See you on Sunday and we can have a talk then....just bottle it up until the gig. I am.
