Yes. I have dipped them but it was several years ago.
No; never tried the velvet ones.
Melt & Pour, I think was the soap we used.
They were fun to roll around in your hands then toss.

I think it would be fun to come up with some sort of kit with the soap-dipped petals. Too late in the day for me to be thinking. Travel kit? something to carry in the purse?
