I'm glad my DH wasn't the Only one that came uP with a concoction! LOL

Here's what he made and we enJoyed it too!

Microwave according to package, a container of Lloyd's BBQ shredded Pork, then add some Salsa and Mexican 4 cheese to it. Roll it all in a flour tortillia, topped with more Mexican 4 cheese and microwave it for about 45 seconds longer. Add lettuce after microwaving, if desired.
My DH's Concoction

Yours sounds good to Kritterno1.

You are making me hungry! I love sharing and getting new recipes, so I will share my "creation". I call it Chicken Salsa Pizza
1 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls (kind in tube)
1 jar salsa
2-3 chicken breasts
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour Cream (optional)
1. Cook chicken with a little oil in skillet until done.
2. Drain chicken and shred into pieces
3. Place rolls in a 9" cake pan, forming a bottom crust. Be sure to overlap rolls and pinch seams.
4. Mix chicken and salsa.
5. Pour over crust.
6. Top with cheese.
7. Bake according to cresent roll directions (11-13 minutes)
8. Slice like a pizza and top with sour cream.
