They will pay Peptech royalty on Humira sales in USA. Centecor settles cause it is not going to risk losing market share if drug is withdrawn on appeal. Expanded indications for anti-tnf drugs is a bigger windfall than anticipated and Peptech gets valued on fundamentals at 8-10 bucks but gets bought sooner for 20 % premium to last years high.
