Date Posted: 03:56:36 01/03/03 Fri In reply to: 's message, "Re:Chart-March 03 view." on 03:39:18 01/03/03 Fri Wall Steet analysis everyone else has had their say thought I'd toss my two bobs worth in---in estimation the most bullish sectors would be oil and gold. With ERG in relation to myself I don't have it as a momentum trade, I think more of the company itself than I do cash, for in order to invest your hard earned into something, you need to be sure on what your doing, with it goes a time view, so along with many other good people I see an improving fundamental story, it will have an improved result in March, following that the reallly good improvement will be September 2003. With myself Ive recently rediscovered the fundamental side to the stockmarket and I can telly you now--I believe in fundamentals--for it is important for me to know that the company is safe and it is also important to project into the future, mark the entity through time, so that it can be ascribed a valuation that is applicable to it as it progresses. For instance when Sydney is announced and work begins, the revenue from that (the installation side of the business) will start to appear in the second half not the 1st half, using this as an example it makes good sense to have an idea of fundamental values, for the entity may be bid up temporarily beyond what it is worth on the short, So using fundies and combining it with the chart I think is very important. I believe strongly in enjoying an investment and I love looking for things around the world on smartcards, the alliance and strategic side of ERG--where do you start? It is so huge, there are so many different angles, you can start in one area then all of a sudden end up somehwere totally different for what you have found spins you over in another part of the world. I can only see on the worldwide side, interopearability and multiapplication becoming a reality as every day passes and ERG is a giant part of it. Regards,--Anon.
