The view expressed by myself---is that there is overseas selling pressure on ERG---could be Motorola or another.
The tax year in the U.S. ends on December 31st---looking at ASX--and the settlement and no settlement days--I'm calculating the last day for them to sell---te get the loss for this years tax--is the 27/12/2002.
I think it is quite well supported at present levels on the extreme---if it fails to hold this level, under that selling pressure, I would then see 8c as being significant.
On the upside, I regard 11c and a break over that as bullish.
On the chart---the old range trade area being 90c to 110
divide thos figures by 10---gets 11 and 9--so at the moment the bulls and the bears are meeting between 9 and 11. (ie 90 and 110)
This is all extreme stuff, on fundamentals I value ERG easily as north of 20---more as value is unlocked from accounts---at this stage north of 20.
