Railtrack, the owner of Britain's mainline railway infrastructure, has already been selected as preferred bidder for sub-surface lines. ------------------------------------------------------------ Linc, Metronet, TubeRail, and NewMetro will be invited to tender for the Bakerloo, Central, and Victoria lines (Infraco BCV). Linc, Metronet, TubeRail, and Tube Lines Group will be invited to tender for the Jubilee, Northern, and Piccadilly lines (Infraco JNP).
